Frequently asked questions

Do I have to purchase tickets in advance?

Advanced purchase of your tickets is highly recommended! Tours often sell out so we suggest purchasing your tickets early to guarantee your desired tour day. You can also receive up to 50% off your tickets by purchasing in advance. You can buy your tickets either online or by phone with a Visa, MasterCard or American Express.

What will we see on the tour?

This tour will venture into several neighborhoods. The Hollywood Bowl, Jim Henson Studios, all of Beverly Hills, San Fernando valley, and Universal City are just some of the sights you will see! Your guide will be introducing you to some of the history and culture of the area. While we can't promise that you will see a movie star or celebrity we do tour some of Los Angeles's most frequented dining and clubbing hot spots. So while we can't promise you that you will see a celebrity, we can guarantee you a much better chance.

Do we get to see the Hollywood Sign?

Yes. The Hollywood Sign is one of the first stops along the tour. While up there you get 15 minutes to walk around and take photos.

What if my plans change and I need to cancel or reschedule?

If your plans change we are more than willing to work with you. While we do have a no refund policy, we will be more than happy to reschedule your tour to better meet your vacation needs. The tours run rain or shine, so please dress according to the day’s forecast.

Is the bus or van wheelchair and stroller accessible?

Unfortunately, neither of our vehicles are wheelchair accessible. If you or someone in your group is handicapped and would like to contact us about your specific situation please click on the “Contact LASceneTours” link on the left side of the page.
